Includes full access to 22 acres, indoor access of top and lower floors, 4 bar areas, a large trough for drinks, 4 bathrooms, bridal dressing room, grooms den, large vaulted room with fireplace, deck, patio, tables, chairs up to 300 people, set up and break down, clean up (trash must be in receptacles), full kitchen, parking, use of decorations in the borrowed room, court yard with 20×20 dance floor, stage and three outdoor ceremony options with golf cart shuttles for people with walking restrictions. . Rental Space is from 9am to 1am and will include time during the week for rehearsal. You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol and catering provided you have event insurance.

On Friday, you have the opportunity to enjoy your day because all the work has been finished on Thursday! You have the space from 9am to 1am in which music is to be off at midnight and out by 1am. You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol and catering provided you have event insurance.

Elopement
Rental of the venue for 5 hours on a choice of a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or any available Sunday that is not on a holiday. Includes Set up and breakdown for a maximum of 50 people, Golf cart service to and from the ceremony site for elderly, decorating services, use of sound system and microphones, and an Officiant.
